EWG Verified® is a certification program designed to identify products that meet EWG's strict standards for ingredient safety and transparency. According to EWG, products carrying the EWG Verified mark must meet criteria that include avoiding ingredients on EWG's unacceptable list, providing full ingredient transparency and meeting the program's requirements for good manufacturing practices.
