Returns
14-day money-back guarantee on US orders. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Rules for Returns
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from BeautyCrushSkin.com. For items bought from Amazon or other retailers, please follow that retailer's return process.
Returned items must be at least 80% full in order to be accepted.
How to Return an Item
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and must be at least 80% full.
- Include your packing slip or a printed order confirmation, with the returned items circled.

- We recommend a trackable shipping method as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit, and return shipping costs are not covered.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the return arriving at our fulfillment center, and funds typically appear in your account 7–10 business days after that. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
A Few Things to Know
- Damaged or defective items (US only): Contact us right away. If the item is in stock, we'll send a replacement at no charge. If not, we'll refund the item and original shipping.
- Sets and kits must be returned complete to qualify for a full refund.
- Promotional gifts must be included with your return. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- Order discrepancies (missing or wrong items) should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Free samples are yours to keep.
- Subscriptions are not canceled by returning a product. Manage your subscription anytime by signing into your account.
- Exchanges are not offered. please return the item and place a new order.
